Presentation Submission Form
We are seeking to bring together researchers from a variety of career levels and from multiple disciplines to present their empirical work on the psychology of architecture. Preference will be given to those submissions that are both methodologically rigorous and accessible to an interdisciplinary audience of scholars and practitioners. You may submit a poster, an individual talk (no longer than 25 minutes, including Q&A), or a themed symposium (three to four presenters for 1 hour 30 minutes total, including Q&A). You may make multiple submissions. Women, underrepresented groups, and individuals from underrepresented regions of the world are particularly encouraged to submit their work.
There are a limited number of travel awards available. You may indicate whether you would like to be considered for a travel award when you submit your presentation.
Topics may include (but are not limited to):
-built environments' effects on competition/cooperation
-identity and personality expression in interior design
-motivational and neural underpinnings of visual/spatial perception
-built environment's effects on health and well-being
-evolutionary foundations of modern design principles
