Ravenswood Manor 2026 Garage Sale Seller Registration

The RMIA Garage Sale will take place on Sunday, May 17, 2026 from 10am - 4pm. Registration opens officially February 19 and closes at the end of the day on May 9th. RMIA uses this information for the bulk garage sale permit issued through the ward offices, for the online map on the event page, and to communicate event updates as we get close to the Garage Sale.

Participation in the RMIA garage sale is free for all current RMIA members. The cost for non-members is $20. Sellers must be located within 2 blocks of the Ravenswood Manor neighborhood boundaries, which are Lawrence to the North, the River to the East, Montrose to the South, and Sacramento to the West.

If you are not sure if you are member, sign in to your Join It account or email president@ravenswoodmanor.com. Consider joining today at ravenswoodmanor.com/membership. If you plan to pay without becoming a member, please send $20 via Zelle or Check. Payments MUST include the address that you are submitting on this form in the memo line to be credited to the correct location. Zelle payments can be made to treasurer@ravenswoodmanor.com and checks should be mailed by May 8th to our PO Box at PO Box 25486
