Winchester Public Schools Open Enrollment Application Form
Please submit this form to the superintendent's office by June 18, 2018. One form should be submitted for each child you wish to enroll in an elementary school other than the assigned district school. If more applications are received than available seats, a lottery selection process will be used. Parents will be informed of the outcome of the process in mid-July. Names of children who are not placed may be kept on a waiting list and reviewed prior to mid-August. Siblings of students placed under open enrollment may apply for open enrollment seats, but do not automatically qualify for enrollment at the open enrollment school.
