As your spiritual director, it’s important for me to get a sense of how you view your spiritual journey and relationship to God, the Sacred, and the Divine.  After providing contact information, The following questions are designed to give us a starting point along The Way. My hope is that they are constructed in such a way that they will stimulate your thinking, open your heart and spirit, and have the potential to make our work together vibrant and rich.

It is likely that we will return to your responses throughout our time together so I encourage you to take some time to reflect and consider your responses. This information will be held in complete confidence and is only accessible through a court order.
