Capital City Pride Fest Vendor Application
In light of the pandemic, our 2021 Pride Fest is going to look a little different this year. Rather than a one-weekend festival, we’re hosting 30 Days of Pride with different events daily. Some of these events have places to include vendors while others do not, and prices for events will vary according to their estimated participation ($50-75 for non profits, $75-250 for businesses.) Please indicate next to each event whether or not you’d like to be considered as a vendor for that date. Please check all events you are interested in on the form.

EVENTS

___ 6/27 Concert (Description: mixed attendance/party atmosphere; Vendors: food trucks only)

___ Check here if you’d be interested in
participating in more than one event

We will be processing these as quickly as possible and will contact you to slate the different dates.

Vendor Classification & Registration Fees

Notice of acceptance will be sent out no later than June 5, 2021. Once accepted, you will be provided with instructions to make payment.  You will be required to pay according to the “pay by date” or you run the risk of losing your space.
