Please fill out this form to tell us more about your organization. Once you’ve submitted it, we’ll reach out to discuss your booth idea in more detail. This form is simply to gauge interest and gather initial information. 

Ideas for the Booths will be due on Friday the 17th.

We’re excited to host your organization at ihsan’s SoCal Charity Night. 

Each organization will run a booth alongside the vendors at the Bazaar to raise funds for Charity Week at no extra cost. 

Aim to beat the competition out of the water and may the organization  with the Best Entrepreneurs win.

Ideas to spark you:
Henna, Photo Booth, Carnival Games. Crafts. Calligraphy Corner. Clothes. Small snacks/desserts such as boba and ice cream.

Keep it halal, uplifting and CREATIVE.

Quick details:
• Each booth includes one table and 3 Chairs
• Up to 4 organization volunteers per booth
• Please keep the Islamic nature of the event in mind

The Top three earning booths will win a prize.

Our team will review your proposals and confirm approval or suggest tweaks.
