BRSLL Spring 2020 Upper Division Registration Refund/Donation Form
Due to the ongoing circumstances with Covid-19, and the uncertainty surrounding when a "spring" or "summer" season may occur, the BRSLL Board has decided to cancel the rest of the 2020 Season.
Families who choose a refund shall receive a 50% refund on their players' registration fees, less the $7.50 administration fee.
To assist the league in processing refunds or donations, we request each family complete the following form by SEPTEMBER 4, 2020. Families who request a refund shall receive a paper check.
Families with multiple players need only to complete 1 form.

Request a refund for 50% of my registration fees
Donate the balance of my fees to the league
Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
