After School Transportation Survey for 2025-2026 School Year
After school transportation will be available from the following schools: East, West, Horace Mann, Montessori Charter School, John Muir, Franklin, Riverview, GD Jones, Thomas Jefferson, John Marshall, St. Anne, Newman, Faith Christian Academy, starting September 2, 2025. Please use this LINK to preview the route schedule.

Please fill out the survey below to the best of your ability. Completing this survey does not guarantee your Member(s) access to after-school transportation to the Boys & Girls Club. Space is limited.  

*Disclaimer: Your child must have an active enrollment form on file for the 2025 year to utilize this service. If you need to complete the enrollment form or renew your child's membership, please complete the enrollment form at: https://www.bgclub.com/school-year-programs. 

Boys & Girls Club membership is open to children in grades 3-12.
