2019 Riverkeeper Sweep Site Form
If you are planning on organizing a 2019 Riverkeeper Sweep project, please submit this form by Monday, March 4, 2019 with the details of your project. We strongly suggest that you work to identify the landowner and contact them for permission to host your Sweep site before submitting this form. However, if you have not received landowner permission by March 4, please submit this form and work to obtain permission as quickly as possible.

If you haven't organized a Sweep project before and you need help getting started, please submit the 2019 Sweep Leader Interest Form: https://goo.gl/forms/Hvs6mNC5bMGbwoG22.

If you have any questions, please e-mail Jen and Nick at sweep@riverkeeper.org or visit www.riverkeeper.org/sweep.
