Liability insurance is required for all vendors. Will you be purchasing your insurance from the Harwinton Fair? Proof of insurance is required before vendors will be permitted on the property.
I will be purchasing Insurance through the Harwinton Fair
I will supply the Harwinton Fair with a certificate of insurance.
How many fair passes will you need?
Please note that submitting this form will not reserve a spot. A spot will only be assigned after a nonrefundable deposit of at least 1/2 of the contract amount is received by the Harwinton Fair. Do you accept these terms?
