USC Meal Order for Pick-Up for January 18-22

Complete this form by 10 PM on Sunday, January 17 , if you want to order Pick-Up Meals for your student on these days: January 18-22.

REMEMBER, Grades 5-12 are currently in the HYBRID model, and PreK-4 students attend school every day in the building.
Please review your student's attendance schedule before completing the Meal Pick-Up Form. Only order meals for your 5-12 student on days when the student is not attending school in the building. Only order meals for your PreK-4 student who is a distance learner by family choice.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: All students EXCEPT those who live in Wells will continue picking up meals at FIRE STATIONS from 11:00-11:30 AM. WELLS STUDENTS will pick up their ordered meals at the SCHOOL BUS GARAGE from 10:45-11:45 AM.

* USDA has extended the FREE meals wavier to continue for all children enrolled in our district throughout the 2020-21 school year. USC will provide free meals to all students in our district.
