INITIAL DEADLINE to apply for this year's semi-annual shopping events: January 31, 2023
We are only accepting vendors that create/make their own products. No Direct Sellers at this time.
Please fill out the Application below. This is a juried show. Once you apply, the SHO Committee will review your application and contact you via email about that status of your application.
Farmers/Food Vendors: All Farmers/Food Vendors must have applicable insurance, licensing & liability certificates as required by the County Health Department. All products must be made by you or grown locally.
Artisans: All items listed must be produced by you and approved by the Shop Hubbard Ohio Committee. If you do not have a business social media account showcasing your products, email ShopHubbardOhio@gmail.com with your photos today. If we do not receive your photos, we will not be able to process your application for this event.
Non-Profit Organizations: If you are a Non-Profit charity, we welcome you to set up for FREE.
All those applying must provide their own pop-up tent with weights, tables, chairs, etc.
Vendor Fee: $25/event

Please make checks payable to Cash and include SHOP HUBBARD OHIO in the memo.
Applications must be submitted by January 31, 2023. Those selected will be contacted no later than February 5, 2023. After acceptance payment must be received with in 48 hours.
