Reservations must be made 10 days prior to the event. Events requiring additional equipment to be brought into the building, specifically the gym, must have the items approved by the church office.

As an event coordinator you must monitor all areas, including hallways and bathrooms, until all persons leave the premises, making sure that adequate clean-up is conducted, and doors are all locked. I acknowledge that I understand all above responsibilities. *

Building Policy
In order that this great event will be carried out with beauty and dignity, we ask that you agree to the basic policy guidelines listed below.

Your date must be cleared with the church office.

It is expected that members of the event will recognize the fact that the church is the house of God and will conduct themselves at all times in a manner befitting the atmosphere of the place of worship. All activities pertaining to the event shall be consistent with the standards presented in the Church of the Nazarene. Hence we ask that...

A. No alcoholic beverages be served or permitted on the premises.
B. No smoking in the building
C. The music and content of the service be appropriate for the church.
D. Confetti and glitter is not to be thrown in the church building

The church will not be responsible for any losses and/or damages incurred by the event, guests or visitors. However, you will assume all responsibility for any damages or losses to the church building, furnishings, and other property.

No event after 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Your scheduled time may be adjusted if a funeral is needed to be scheduled. We will attempt to work with you to make both events occur.
