Campus Appointment Confirmation
Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of our entire school community, effective immediately we are requiring all persons visiting campus to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of their visit. You may REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT to visit campus by completing this form in its entirety and you will be contacted by the employee you will be meeting with. Additionally, in order to ensure that physical distancing can be accommodated, each visitor requesting to come to campus must be identified separately. Under the setting of the COVID pandemic, a "visitor" to campus is anyone who is not currently either "employed" by or "registered to attend" Jesuit High School as a student.
