Come join this South Philly medical outreach, where we'll be partnering with both Tenth Presbyterian Church and Grace and Peace Community Church. We'll be going door-to-door in the community, providing blood pressure and glucose screens, and sharing the Gospel through conversation and prayer with those we meet. Medical referrals will be given to Esperanza Health Center if needed, and church follow up will be provided by both churches, reaching out to the diverse urban communities near them (and a great opportunity to invite people to the Easter services). Church members will be joining us on the outreach, and the whole group will gather for fellowship and a potluck meal afterward at Grace and Peace.
Where: Grace and Peace Community Church, 1701 Washington Ave., Philadelphia PA 19146 (Washington and 17th)
When: Saturday, March 29 12:30-6
