Ask the Help Desk is designed to answer short, factual questions for BRCC students, faculty, and staff who are not able to come to the library or computer lab.
If you need immediate assistance or have a lengthy inquiry, please call (540) 453-2400 to speak with an employee.
We will make every effort to respond to your inquiry within one business day whenever the school is open.
Our hours of operation during regular semesters are:
