"When the Alphabet Runs Green" (Rebecca VanDeMark) Launch Team
Hello! Thanks so much for applying for Rebecca VanDeMarks' newest book, "When the Alphabet Runs Green: Practical tips from A to Z for Living Well with and Healing from Lyme Disease". Applying does not guarantee you a spot, but we are so grateful for your interest. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate everyone who is interested in being apart of this launch team (we wish we could!). You will be notified by May 20th about your participation in this book launch.

Launch Team Activity is scheduled for June 20th through July 18th, with activity required the week of the book launch (July 11th, 2018). An e-book version of "When the Alphabet Runs Green" will be emailed to Book Launch Participants no later than Saturday, June 16th.

By signing up for this team you are agreeing to:

1. Read a portion or the entire early copy of the book. You will receive an e-book version of the book to your email address for this launch team. After "When the Alphabet Runs Green" releases (on July 11th) and you have completed the reviews you have the option of receiving a complimentary signed paperback copy which will arrive within 6 months of the release date. If you are interested in this please fill out the address portion of this application. If you do not wish to receive a paperback copy after July 11th, 2018 please leave the address section blank.

2. Engage with your friends and online community about the book by posting about the book before, during, and after launch week (you will be provided with complimentary images, ideas, etc. on how to do this) (Launch Week is the week of July 11th, 2018)

3.  Post a review on Amazon AND on Goodreads during Launch Week (This can be the exact same review in both places.)
