HELU’s hybrid Founding Convention will be held May 17-19, 2024, both in New Brunswick, NJ and online (convention website with more details coming soon, will be linked here when available).

HELU’s Founding Convention will solidify HELU’s organizational structure and plans for the short- and long-term through decisions made by delegates. Voting at the convention is limited to delegates of HELU member organizations in good standing.

The number of delegates each member organization can send is determined based on its membership size according to this chart. Please use the chart to determine the number of delegates your union will send. These delegates will represent your organization at the HELU Founding Conventions and at General Assemblies. 

To identify your organization’s delegates, please complete form by April 15, 2024.
