Youth Board Application Form
This position is for youth between the ages of 14-20. You will be working with the Marion Area LGBTQ+ Coalition's Executive Board to help amplify youth voices in the Marion County Area.

Expectations
  • This is a commitment. We are very flexible and believe that family, work/school, and physical/mental health comes first. We do, however, need consistent members who are able to make most meetings, trainings and several events. Please keep time and commitments in mind when applying.
  • Keep a good standing in your community. As a leader, you will be expected to behave in a good and respectful manner in and around the community and your school.
  • Good communication is a must. We are an open communication organization. No matter what, we talk things out. We keep each other informed. We communicate when we have ideas, triumphs, problems, mental health concerns, and life/personal conflicts. We can work around almost anything if you tell us about it.
