Use restrooms. 3:20 PM Enter performance arts center calmly and sit in audience3:30 PM Watch Garrett MS Band perform4:00 PM Watch Simpson MS Band perform4:30 PM Eat dinner, clean up, use restroom, set up warm-up area5:15 PM Assemble instruments and transition to warm-up area5:30 PM Warm-up and tuning6:15 PM Performance by the Dodgen 8th Grade Band!!! 6:40 PM Clinic session with guest conductor7:00 PM Sightreading evaluation7:15 PM Pack up instruments, share results and load buses8:00 PM Arrive back at Dodgen, parents please leave room for buses to pull up to the band room
