PLEASE everyone - complete this form regardless of your attendance plans! We need to know if you are attending in person, attending virtually or if you are unable to attend!

If you plan to attend in person, please make your hotel reservations using the provided link. If you are not a MAGIC state, you can still take advantage of our government room block rate but you are responsible for all hotel expenses.
The Homewood Suites has a complimentary continental breakfast for guests.
Important cancellation information - You are responsible for your hotel reservations! If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours before the arrival date.
