Slate BYO League Enrollment Form Spring 2026
😃Thank you for your interest in BYO League at Slate Pickleball Club, our permanent court time program! Our Spring Season is March 1-May 31. 

💻Please have the organizer fill out this form. 

🤳All players must be members and must download the Slate Pickleball App and purchase a paid monthly membership before their first play.  

Cost:
Primetime - $28/hour/court | Monday-Friday 9-12pm, 4-8pm. Saturday and Sunday 9-2pm
Midday Discount - $16/hour/court | Monday-Friday 2-4pm
Normal time - $20/hour/court | all other hours of operation

Add-ons:

  • Instructional ($29/hour/player)(minimum 3 players)

  • Cardio Pickleball ($24/hour/player)(minimum 4 players)

  • Pickle with a Pro ($28/hour/player)(3 players)

💵Payment for the court rental will be all upfront and billed before the start of the Season. Subs are welcome to play on your court, but please note membership is required for play at Slate (daily membership $15/day or $45/month Adult Individual membership).
