All members at Pittsburgh Fitness Project will have the opportunity to check in with their coach on a weekly basis to track progress and assess how successfully they are reaching their goals.  On this initial form we will set up some outcome and process goals . Outcome goals are desired end results , process goals are the steps it will take to reach that desired outcome .
