This form serves as a binding agreement in good faith between between TC McCormick Jr. Middle School PTSA and the community partner organization for the entirety of the 2026–2027 school year.

Thank you for supporting McCormick Middle School PTSA! All Community Partners will receive a PTSA Community Partner recognition sign to proudly display your support of local students and schools.

Event banners will be displayed at all sponsored events, including home games where concessions are hosted by MMS PTSA. 

Fence banner sizes are approximate and based on vendor specifications. A proof of concept will be provided for approval prior to printing. All benefits will be valid during the sponsored year only, beginning August 1st, and ending May 31st.
