Conference Breakout Session Proposal
Thank you for considering to join us as a Presenter for this year's 2026 NAF Mega Student Conference - Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at the Miami Dade Community College North Campus! Our goal is to support students in learning about future careers and workforce expectations.

Approximately 1,500 high school students will be attending from Miami-Dade NAF Academies of Agri Science, Arts & Education, Education, Engineering, Finance, Health Sciences, Hospitality and Tourism, Information Technology, Trade & Logistics.

We'll use this information to make sure we get everything we need to properly feature your session during the event. Please use this form to share details about your Breakout presentation during our 2026 NAF conference. 

The deadline for submitting a proposal is January 30, 2026. We'll send a confirmation if approved along with specific details.

The College and Career Fair takes place from 8:00am - 9:15am and during lunch (presenters are asked to only have *up to two employees / representatives at the table). 

Minimum Sponsorship Level is 'Friend of the Conference' - $500 to participate.
