This session provides a review of the University’s contract checklist, covering the fundamentals of contract review, relevant state law, and negotiating requirements. We also consider who is permitted to sign different types of contracts and whom to contact depending on your contract’s subject matter. The session also includes discussion of unique considerations for research agreements, IT contracts, and much more!
