Remote Learning Parent Feedback Form
The end of the 2019-20 school year will be remembered for a long time. We appreciate all of the support that you have provided to your child(ren) as they navigated through this unique learning experience. Since wrapping up this year, our district has started to plan for the 2020-21 school year.
We would love to have your feedback, as that information will help us adjust our model in the event we must return to remote learning again. We also have some questions at the end which will help us plan for in-person learning.
Please check the grade level(s) of your child(ren).
