This Journal Square Green Market 2019 pilot program will operate this year every Wednesdays and Fridays from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm starting Wednesday, May 1st, 2019. **We accept Credit Card ($5.00 processing fee) and Checks as form of payment.Checks must be received two week in advance of first event date(s).
These events you must bring your own tents & tables. Tents must be no larger than 10x10ft. Sandbags will be provided.If you will need electricity we will try our best to accommodate your request. You are welcome to bring your own tables (standard 8 x2.5 ft) chairs, lights and decor for your tent.
FOOD VENDORS:Food Vendors: Must provide a current Health, Food Handler or Fire permits. If you are using a propane tank or open flame (sterno doesn’t count) you will need a fire department permit.
Food Truck Vendors must provide proof that they’re in good standing with permitting (Copy of Mobile Vending License, Fire Department Permit, Health Inspection Permit)
Local Brick and Mortar Restaurants can sell food using their existing fire and health department permit since they are transferable to use at Jersey City markets
PARKING:There are parking lots in the area; payment at lots are the responsibility of the vendor
All Vendors please fill out all the information below including website, etsy, Instagram and Facebook section so we can familiarize ourselves with your brand and product. Also send images of your work to firstname.lastname@example.org with the email title as "Images for Application"
YOU WILL RECEIVE A VENDOR AGREEMENT SIGNATURE/ WAIVER & PAYMENT FORM IF YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.
