All seniors must complete this form online in order to receive graduation tickets and your diploma. In addition, students must turn in a copy of scholarship award letters in order to be recognized for their accomplishments at the senior awards program.

Important Dates:

Friday, May 9 – Jostens will be at TC during lunch to distribute graduation supplies and accept payments.
Friday, May 17 – Senior Day at Camp Rockmont
Tuesday, June 11 – Last day for students
Friday, June 14 1:00 – 3:00pm - Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal at the US Cellular Center
Saturday, June 15 at 7:30 pm - Graduation at the US Cellular Center

Write in the names of all scholarships that you have been awarded. Please list the total award amount for each scholarship. Designate which scholarships you will be accepting and which you have declined. The "accepted" scholarships will be recognized at the Senior Awards Program on May 30th. Declined scholarships will NOT be announced. In order to be recognized, you must bring a copy of the award letter to the counseling office or forward it on email. If you need additional room for scholarships, please only include those that you are accepting.
