SABRINA project 



We are pleased to cordially invite you to participate at an in-person event in Brussels to publicise the results of the SABRINA Project, focused on improving the quality and safety of cycling infrastructure for people who cycle.

The purpose of this event is to apply the key lessons and recommendations from SABRINA on improving cycling infrastructure for use at the EU-level. This includes:


·  Determining the best EU funding sources for cycling infrastructure at the national, regional and local level

·  Creating EU-level quality requirements for cycling infrastructure, as stipulated in the revised Road Infrastructure and Safety Management Directive

·  Integrating cycling infrastructure projects into the Trans-European Transport Network, TEN-T, and incorporating cycling as a fully-fledged mode of transport in the EU’s flagship transport policy. 

The event will be moderated by Raluca Fiser, Green Revolution Association and will feature keynote presentations from the International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP), a SABRINA partner, as well as the European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF).
