2025 Vendor Application
Guidelines:
-Returning AND new applicants must complete this form
-Only approved applicants will receive a response 
-Only returning vendor artisans are eligible for a weekly/bi weekly/monthly spot. You will be contacted 
-New Artisan applications will be automatically wait-listed and can only receive casual status for the 2025 season. (unless there are significant cancelations)
-New prepared food businesses are eligible for weekly, bi weekly and monthly spaces. Ex: bread bakers, cheese makers, take away food including beverages such as kombucha and juices, deli products, diverse cultural food, etc...
-Primary food/agri producers are given preference over all other applications. (Growers of vegetables, grains, legumes and flowers. Agricultural products like meat, eggs and nursery products. Shellfish Harvesters)
-Returning vendors are NOT GUARANTEED the same space as previous years
-All applicable permits for approved applicants are due on May 1st
-If you missed more than one market last season for any reason, you are not guaranteed the same space or vending schedule.
-Weekly vendors may not request time off to do other markets from may-oct. Weekly means every Saturday the Market is open. 
-Approved vendors will be required to sign a vendor contract that outlines commitment and conduct

Vendors who are able to bring a 10x10 canopy and setup outdoors are more likely to get a space at our farmers market. This is due to limited space indoors. Indoor spaces are reserved for Vendors who have been with Hubbards Barn for more than two vending season or it is impossible to set-up out doors due to the EXTREMELY sensitive nature of product
