Dawn Petrol Crew 🏄🏻‍♀️  Morning Surf Paddle Out
Want to start the big day with us? Volunteers on the Morning Surf Crew will help set up our coffee and pastry station, hand out prizes / shirts, answers questions and be there for overall support. Additional tasks include: pastries pick up, after meet up clean up, organize gift bags, pick up and drop off items. Heavy lifting may be required. Sunscreen strongly encouraged. This position requires a vehicle.

Start time 6 AM. Estimated end time: 11 AM.

SurfSkate Contest Crew 🛹
Swirl Fest welcomes all! SurfSkate Contest Volunteers provide an array of information to the festival attendees. Volunteers may find themselves helping set up the contest area, providing information to contestants and judges, manning the registration table, or checking credentials throughout the venue. If you enjoy seeing the action around the contest, showing your hospitality skills, and being helpful…you might just love the this Crew!

AM Shift: 8 AM - 1 PM // PM shift: 1 PM - 7 PM 

Concert Crew 🎸 

The name says it all! Volunteers will assist with artist hospitality, wristbanding, ticket scanning. Volunteers may find themselves helping with basic set up or breakdown, checking credentials, wayfinding, or line management. 

AM Shift: 9 AM - 2 PM // PM shift: 3 PM - 10 PM

Runners / Set Up Crew 🏃🏼‍♀️

Volunteers will help with event set up and tear down, interact with vendors, help with maintaining the cleanliness of the venue. Some heavy lifting may be involved.

Load In Shift (Friday, Nov 11) 3 PM - 8 PM // Event Day Shift: 6 AM - 11 AM // Night shift: 6 PM - 11 PM

Social Media Crew 🤳🏿

If you love documenting all of the exciting things happening at the contest, creating IG reels, taking photos and videos, this is your crew!  

AM Shift: 9 AM - 2 PM // PM shift: 3 PM - 10 PM
