Children with Down syndrome can be born with various medical issues that require surgery or
intervention of some kind. This can be a huge emotional burden on the families involved. We provide
health related supportive services or products which may include providing extra comfort items to cope
with hospitalization or a health condition associated with Down syndrome. It may also include
reimbursement of extensive costs of travel. Packages vary on a case-by-case basis.

These packages can also be for NEW BABIES. CHF likes to welcome new families to the club with a few items to let families know they are not alone, and that new babies are to be celebrated. Again, packages made to order and vary.

Given out on a referral basis. Anyone can apply for anyone in the Down syndrome community - OR you can apply for yourself!!
