Tenet Titleholder Nominations

This is a monthly award given to an individual who has been living our martial arts tenets of COURTESY, INTEGRITY, PERSEVERANCE, SELF CONTROL and INDOMITABLE SPIRIT.
Each month there will be a new focus/prompt. The nominee does not need to be a current martial arts student. They do need to reside in the greater Milwaukee area and will be required to provide a media release.
THIS MONTH WE ARE FOCUSING ON STRESS AWARENESS AND MENTAL HEALTH. NOMINIATE SOMEONE WHO HAS USED THE TENETS TO HELP THEMSELVES OR OTHERS COMBAT STRESS OR IMPROVE MENTAL HEALTH. WE ARE EMPHASIZING COURTESY AND INDOMITABLE SPIRIT BUT ALL TENETS ARE WELCOME. Nominations close the 20th of every month.
