Coxe Avenue, Asheville's Original "Motor Mile" has automotive history dating back to 1924, when it was first minted as the city's first Automobile District. To celebrate this automotive history in the city, The Chrysler 300 Club International will be hosting a car show on
Saturday, May 30 from 10am to 2pm as part of their spring meet. All enthusiast vehicles are welcome! There is no fee to enter, but we are taking registration to have an idea of attendance.
Details of the show:The show will take place on the street of Coxe avenue, between Hilliard and Buxton avenues. Coxe avenue will be closed to vehicle traffic. Please be sure to patronize the businesses and restaurants in the South Slope Neighborhood of Coxe Avenue and surrounding streets like Banks, Buxton, Millard and South Lexington Avenue as they have all been supporting of this show.
