By completing our application form and using the card you accept the following terms and condition: To register for the Amorino Club Card you will need to complete an application form in a participating store or on our website at www.amorino.com. An Amorino Club Card will be created in your name to record points to be earned or redeemed by you. You must be 16 years of age or over and resident in the UK to join the Amorino Club. We may refuse an application to join the Amorino Club for any reason at our sole discretion including (but not limited to) risk of reputational damage to us, any reasonable suspicion of previous criminal activity including shoplifting or any previous history of verbal or physical abuse to Amorino staff. Your Amorino Club Card is issued to you but remains the property of Amorino. You must return your Amorino Club Card to us on request or destroy it if we so reasonably request. You are responsible for the security of your Amorino Club Card, security details relating to your Amorino Club Card and for the transactions and/or redemption of points made using your Amorino Club Card. Amorino Club Card points are personal to you and cannot be transferred to anybody else. Amorino Club Card points may only be redeemed and earned in accordance with these terms.The Amorino Club Card is only for consumer use. The Amorino Club Card cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business entity or for any other commercial purposes. The Amorino Club Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless they are specified as being part of the Amorino’s Amorino Club Card scheme. The Amorino Club Card or the unique number must be presented at the time of the purchase. You can start collecting points only from the moment you receive your unique number, by presenting it to the staff before they process the payment, and the points will be valid from that moment until December 31st of the same year. For the avoidance of doubt: points will expire every 31st of December, the points collected until that day will then expire and your balance will reset, starting from zero on January 1st. Please make sure to use the points before they expire. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Amorino Club Card points can be collected at Amorino UK shops only (*) and on Amorino UK products purchased at the shops only and redeemed on Amorino UK food only. (**) It is not possible to collect points on purchases made before receiving your unique number, on purchases made without presenting the card or the unique number to the staff (points can be collected only at the moment of the purchase in shop), or on purchases made via our delivery partners. Amorino Club Card points cannot be redeemed on purchases placed through Deliveroo, UberEats and Slerp. Amorino reserves the right to amend or withdraw the card and or scheme without any notification.Information will be held on our database but will not be accessible to any other third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
