Detta är ett formulär för dig som vill lyfta eller rapportera ett likabehandlingsärende på V-sektionen. Det kan handla om något du själv eller någon annan upplevt, om du upplever otrygghet, trakasserier, diskriminering eller allmänt mår dåligt.

Formuläret går att fylla i helt anonymt, men om du vill kunna bli kontaktad av likabehandlingsombuden måste du fylla i ditt namn och mailadress. Detta kan underlätta för att vi ska kunna hjälpa dig på bästa sätt och ta vidare åtgärder.

Likabehandlingsombuden har TYSTNADSPLIKT och kommer INTE att berätta vidare det du skriver. Det är endast likabehandlingsombuden som har tillgång till svaren i detta formulär och de raderas efter att ärendet är avklarat.

It is possible to fill out the form anonymously, but if you want the equal treatment representatives to be able to contact you, you have to fill in your name and email address. This might help us to be able to help you in the best way possible and take further actions.

The equal treatment representatives have a DUTY OF CONFIDENTIALITY and will NOT pass on what you write here. It is only the equal treatment representatives that have access to the answers in this form, and the answers get deleted when the case is finished.
