Payments for the “Ruby” package (including all add-ons) are NON-REFUNDABLE and are due at the time of the invoice.
To reserve your date and time for our “Emerald” or “Diamond” packages, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE security deposit of 50% of your total invoice amount, that will be due at the time of the booking. A REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $100 will be added to your final payment. The damage deposit will be refunded if no damages occurred during your time at Diamond Wedding Chapel.
A NON-REFUNDABLE final payment will be due 28 days before your ceremony. If your ceremony date is within the next 28 days, then the full amount is due at the time of the invoice. Once received, all payments are final. You can make an additional payment before your due date, at your own risk. See the “Cancellation” section for special circumstances.
After you fill out this order form, you will receive a PayPal invoice via email with an attached contract within 24 hours. You are electronically agreeing to the terms and conditions of the contract when you pay your invoice. Once payment is received, your date and time will be secured and added to the calendar. Prices in order form will not reflect discounts or deals.
