CLINIC FEES
  • Community Initiation Clinic (for 10 coaches) - $500 + GST.  $50 + GST per additional coach.
  • Community Ongoing Participation Clinic (for 10 coaches) - $1,500 + GST.  $150 + GST per additional coach.
  • Competition Introduction Clinic Weekend #1 (for 10 coaches) - $1,500 + GST.  $150 + GST per additional coach.
  • Competition Introduction Clinic  Weekend #  2 (for 10 coaches) - $1,500 +GST.  $150 + GST per additional coach.
  • Hybrid Online Modules (Competition Introduction Pathway) (for 10 coaches) - $1,000 + GST.  $100 + GST per additional coach.   
  • Hybrid In-Person Weekend (for 10 coaches) - $1,500 + GST.  $150 + GST per additional coach.   
HOST RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the main conduit for clinic registration and information dissemination leading up to the clinic
  • Book and confirm a classroom and gymnasium/field space for the respective number of clinic days
  • Coordinate materials and equipment required for the clinic including: projector and screen or TV with HDMI connection, speakers, whiteboard/flip chart, balls, tees, nets, bases, catcher’s gear etc. 
  • Please confirm WIFI username and password at facility, if available.
  • Your Coach Developer will be in touch at least 10 days prior to the clinic to review the equipment list relevant to your clinic.
  • Softball BC will invoice for the clinic in accordance with the published fees (www.softball.bc.ca).
SOFTBALL BC RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigning a Coach Developer for the course and ensuring that the Coach Developer contacts the host no less than 10 days prior to the clinic.
Provide the host with sample emails or templates for the host to utilize to advertise the clinic to their membership.
Provide the host with additional resources that are appropriate for the clinic in question such as Land Acknowledgment templates, coaching resources materials, Softball Canada LTPD.
Pay the expense of the Coach Developer including their honorarium, travel, accommodation, and any other incidental expenses to instruct the clinic
Provide all clinic materials. Participants can purchase the Softball Canada Rule book online or via Softball BC (see store at www.softba.bc.ca)
All clinics will be posted on our website at Softball BC Clinics once the clinic dates and coach developer have been confirmed
Upload all participant information into the CAC's The Locker.
Provide all all participant information or other required information to Softball Canada
Invoice the host for the clinic
in accordance with the published fees (www.softball.bc.ca)
