Tour Request Form

Please request a tour at least 4 weeks in advance. Up to 60 persons can be requested at a time. You can make a reservation for your group by completing this request form. Museum staff will contact you to confirm, discuss details and send confirmation documents. All tours have no fee. Call 989-964-7096 or email ondish@svsu.edu for more information.
