We’re inviting our MMSD scholars and youth to participate in various performing arts workshops followed by a final performance at the 2020 Virtual Madison Juneteenth. Youth in grades 6-12 will have the opportunity to participate in the following workshops: Production to Performance-Releasing Your First LP with Airin Beals, The Hip Hop Experience- From Watts to Wisconsin with K. Sankofa, and Pop, Lock, and Dance and Kobby Brewoo. *Please note that we are limited to 24 students per workshop and students may be moved to an alternate workshop if spaces are filled. We will take registrations on a first come first serve basis.
