Magic from Myth coding workshops series

A little bit of about our project first....

This all day workshop is formed of 2 parts. In the morning participants will work with professional theatre company and charity Actors of Dionysus who will bring to life the 3 exciting myths we shall be exploring via participatory games, drama exercises and performance (10am - 12.30pm). In the afternoon (1.30pm - 4pm) CoderDojo Mentors will support participants (aka Ninjas!) to learn to code with Scratch, helping them to create dynamic animations and simple games drawn from the stories of the myths shared in the morning.This might even lead to work in progress sharings if our Ninjas feel like sharing, but there is no pressure here as we will also offer all participants an opportunity to Show & Tell their work at Coder Dojo at Platf9rm in Hove.

Lunch will 12.30-1.30 and we shall provide plenty of drinks and snacks throughout the day.
