For Indoor Venues, you may bring racks that fit behind your table. You may not block aisles or space in between you and the next Vendors. NOV. 27th Holiday Market- (KM) Merch $100; Food: $300; Dessert & Beverages: $175 Table $15, Food Vendors may cook outdoors. DEC. 18th Holiday Market- (JPAC) Merch $135; Food: $350 ($450 for Kitchen area); Desserts & Beverages $200. FEB 12th Erotic Poetry, Burlesque, Lingerie Fashion Show (JPAC) Merch: $135; Food: $300; Desserts & non-alcohol Beverages $200 FEB. 26th Film Festival- (JPAC) Merch $135; Food $450. Desserts & Non-alcohol Beverages-$175. **EMAIL if you wish to sell alcohol at any Event. You may also leave a 50% deposit for multiple future dates. Registration is not complete until fully paid. 1. Venues are now requiring Proof of Vaccination 2. Bring a table unless otherwise indicated 3. Fees are paid in advance 4. Food Vendors must have Food Safety Certificate, submit with application 5. None of our Flyers or documents may be altered in any way 6. Late Registrations do not necessarily include logo on flyer, banners, nor promo ads 7. As A Vendor you are also responsible to actively promote your participation actively 8. Refunds are not Issued *

Layout: Set Up is an hour before the Event and Clean up must be completed within one hour of event end. All Vendors are responsible to clean up as well as keeping area tidy throughout the event. . At Film Festivals, we do not recommend dressing too casual. T-Shirts -only if it has your logo. Sneakers are not recommended. . Feel Free to Dress in Costume for the October Film Festival!

Failure to do so will void your registration and refunds nor credit is issued. Please Note that we are closed on Thursdays, Sundays and non-Event Saturdays.

**Non-Film Festival Events Include Creative Classes and Demo's. Email after Registration to schedule your Class or Workshop so that we can help you Promote and Pre-Register Participants. You always have the option to charge for Classes and Sell Merchandise. If you want to hold a Class or Workshop without getting a table, please Email First. All Classes and Workshops Sip & Paint-If you wish to become a Sip and Paint Artist with us, Email for details.
