PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE DETAILED COURSE DESCRIPTIONS IN THE PROGRAM TO SELECT THE COURSES THAT ARE RIGHT FOR YOU, especially languages. Please contact the office if you are unsure about suitability of a course you are interested in.

TO COMPLETE this Form you must :
- be a Financial Member of NU3A for 2019
- have recently submitted a 2019 New Member Application (preferably via this website) AND paid your 2019 membership fees
- paid any excursion or additional course fees that apply to Semester 2 courses you wish to enrol in.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TICK THE ‘CHECKED’ BOX AND PRESS THE ‘SUBMIT’ BUTTON AT THE END. You will receive an Acknowledgement email in a few days – this is NOT a confirmation of your enrolment, which will be emailed to you after the deadline and balloting process is completed.

2019 members who were enrolled in a CONTINUING COURSE in Semester 1 do not need to re-enrol in that course. Note that some continuing courses are closed to new enrolments in Semester 2.

You may use this form to apply for courses or withdraw from a course you are enrolled in, advise availability to support course functioning, or provide suggestions for future courses. Take time to read the description, date and time of each of the Program's rich variety of courses, talks and excursions before applying.

EXCURSIONS are included in the Program this semester, and a few courses require an additional payment to cover the cost of materials/applicable charges.

Ballots will occur for popular courses and some courses may be closed after that, with waiting lists. Enrolments will continue to be accepted after the 1st July deadline for courses that remain open (not oversubscribed), and you can be added to the waiting list for some courses that have a full complement.

After 1st July 2019 please check the current status of a course on the program tab on our website to ensure it is not Closed or Cancelled.

This Form is quick to scroll through in one continuous section. At the top you identify your membership and the purpose of this submission. Then the successive courses for each day of the week (Monday - Sunday). Finally, supporting information, ending with the 'Submit' button.

Membership, Payment and Purpose responses are mandatory, then select or respond according to your own preferences.

Check all entries, including your NAMES and SUBURB and PURPOSE at top of this form for spelling and/or accuracy. Please DO NOT click 'Submit' until AFTER you have double-checked as it is too easy with this Form to misspell and mistakenly enter a slightly incorrect Name, Suburb, or Purpose:
