HILL Awards
Student Affairs at Rogers State University is honored to oversee the selection and recognition of the HILL Awards on our campus. HILL is an acronym for High Impact Leaders & Learners. The awards are based on four pillars: commitment, community engagement, influence, and integrity. Recommendations from faculty, staff, and community members will be accepted until Friday, March 15th at 5 pm. Award recipients will be honored at a reception in April 2019.

Each year, the students who are selected for the award have gone above and beyond the typical student during the academic year. The honor of being selected for a HILL award is prestigious and sets the recipient apart from their peers. It is designed to be an encouragement to each of the honorees to continue being both successful and generous in their doings throughout their collegiate careers and the rest of their lives.

The HILL Awards are comprised of four categories:
• Leader & Learner of Excellence
• Recent Alum of Excellence
• Student Worker of Excellence
• Community Partner of Excellence

Nominees can be nominated for more than one category. The criteria for selection is the same, however, the setting of impact may vary. If this is the case, please explain how the person made an impact in the setting for each individual section. However, the nominator needs to state that the student made an impact in each particular setting. Please skip to the section/application that fits who you are nominating. Do not feel pressured to nominate for each category. Feel free to nominate more than one person for each award by submitting and then reopening the form.
