A team is not officially entered into an event until their check is received. Scout Sports LLC will email a confirmation to the contact listed on the entry form when a check has been received.
In the event of a rainout or another unforeseen event, ½ of your paid entry fee may be refunded. Due to the pre-tournament expenses incurred by Scout Sports LLC ½ of your entry fee will be non-refundable. This percentage may increase at the sole discretion of Scout Sports LLC, depending on specific costs incurred for your tournament.
If your team withdraws from the tournament for any reason less than 14-days prior to the start of your event, your fees will be completely non-refundable.If a tournament is suspended after you have played your first game, then you will be refunded for the games that you did not play. The value of each game will be determined by ½ of your entry fee divided by the game guarantee for your event.

Insurance and Waivers:
Teams must provide proof of insurance at least 7-days prior to the tournament or have a copy of a signed liability waiver from each participant on file with Scout Sports LLC 7-days prior to an event.
