IMPORTANT - Interview Requirements

To ensure a smooth process, please review and agree to the following:

The decision-maker must be present during the VA interviews.

You must be on camera at all times during the interviews.

Each VA interview is limited to 20 minutes per candidate to respect everyone's time.

We encourage clients to make a VA selection at the time of the interviews. We do not hold VAs, however we do allow 24 hours for a decision on which VA they would like to go with.

Your selected VA must start with your company (kickoff meeting) within five days from the interview date.
