This is the address where I will be doing makeup (sometimes this address differs from the ceremony address, like a mother's house, hotel room, salon )  I will need a flat surface to set up my kit and access to an electrical outlet.  I will bring the rest.  I highly recommend that your hairstylist meet larger parties at this location to avoid schedule delays due to travel to and from a salon. If the location is a church or event center, we must be granted access to the facilities at least 30 minutes before the services are scheduled in order to allow for loading and set up.

Makeup application typically takes 45-60 minutes each person.  Parties larger than 5 will require an additional makeup artist for time management purposes.  For best results, please let your wedding party know to come with a clean face and a button down top. **** In order to adhere to the schedule, it is important to avoid use of cell phones while seated in the makeup chair.  Each person is scheduled up to one hour, which is sufficient without distractions or delays.
Names of those with any sensitivities or allergies? *
Describe type of sensitivity. I recommend that individuals with makeup sensitivities bring their own makeup, I will apply their makeup using their own to avoid adverse reactions if they prefer.  My main concern is latex allergies for false lash application.  I have an alternative non-latex adhesive for this purpose.

Please note the time your photographer needs the party to be ready (typically 2hrs prior to ceremony, but it helps to have their timeline to schedule our services in harmony with theirs)

I may need to contact your stylist so we can coordinate scheduling each party member  to avoid any overlapping delay. I highly recommend that hair and makeup services occurs at the same location.
