WORKGROUP COMMUNITY MEETING: Students and faculty collaborate on anti-racist ideas and solutions
Friday, November 20, 10:00 am-12:00 noon
This meeting will provide a productive and generative space for students and faculty to come together to collaborate on ideas and solutions to work towards systemic anti-racism, inclusion, and equity within the GD department. There will be a short presentation to share the themes that came up in the confidential listening sessions. Students and faculty (who will also take notes) will then be invited to participate in breakout rooms based on the themes. The meeting will culminate with a group discussion to determine some ideas for next steps and to enlist a coalition of volunteers to act as a workgroup to support holding the department accountable.
This meeting is open to the entire PSUGD community. Please RSVP below by November 18 at noon. Participants will receive details for the virtual meeting on November 19.
