Themes: mystery, fantasy, gothic, magic, witchcraft, sci-fi, Halloween, steam punk, surrealism, obscure and similar aesthetics. Any form and medium.

There’s no application fee.

BOOTHS: Booth size options: 8’x5’ ($50) and 4'x5' ($25). No commission on sales will be charged from booths. Set up: 10 am – 11:30 am. Tear-down: 8 pm – 10 pm.

SHARED MERCH TABLE (no wall pieces, only merch table): $10. Items unlimited, but should be kept reasonable. Organizer handles all sales. Commission on sales 20%. Art drop off: 10 am - 11:30 am. Art pick up: 8 pm - 10 pm.

The artists will not be selected on first come first serve basis, but to ensure the quality of the products and artwork and the diversity of presented media and art forms.
The relevant fee is to be paid once your application is selected. You will receive instructions on payment once your application is approved.

Deadline to submit application: September 30, 2019. The Organizer reserves the right to close application process earlier, if all the spots fill, due to high demand.

All vendors (excluding those providing non-taxable services only), once accepted, will be required to submit ST19 form or Statement of exemption (if exemption applies only). Form: http://www.revenue.state.mn.us/Forms_and_Instructions/st19.pdf . If the required documentation is not provided, the participation will be refused and fee not refunded. *

The Organizer and the Location are unable to provide any furniture or display equipment for booths. Please bring your own booth furniture and equipment. *
I hereby agree to pay the applicable fee within 3 calendar days of receiving my approval e-mail. If payment is not received within that time, the Organizer reserves the right to offer the space to another applicant. The fee is non-refundable. *
I hereby certify that all items/music/art/video/performance are created by the Artist/Company applying. No wholesale/franchise-based items/products, reselling or MLM will be accepted. *
Liability Waiver. I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representative, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this Liability Waiver, once my application is accepted to the event, and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in this event, and do hereby release and forever discharge the Organizer Yana Ness aka Jana Komaritsa (Mrakmur), the Location A-Mill Artist Lofts, the Organizer's and Location's affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in this Event, including set up, tear down, traveling to and from this Event. *
I allow the organizer to use images of my art acquired from my websites for promotional purposes (submit to media, promote through social media)
